Diligence should exist hand-in-hand with customer service, a drive to provide a quality product, and service no matter the obstacles.

Accountability is defined as demonstrating the ownership necessary for achieving desired results and it has become common practice for all members within the organization to ask themselves what else can be done to rise above the circumstances and achieve the desired results. Accountability involves a process of seeing it, owning it, solving it, and doing it, and requires a level of ownership that includes making, keeping, and answering for all commitments.
